Berkshire competes with the bigs

Berkshire was the smallest school competing in Saturday's Achilles Hilltopper Invitational at Chardon High School but the Badgers showed they have plenty of talent to compete. Although both the boys and girls finished in 10th place several Berkshire athletes were among the best in their individual events.

Sweet Sixteen

Sophomore Amy Lasco celebrated her sixteenth birthday with a two-run homer over the right field fence to help Berkshire defeat Newbury, 8-0, on Wednesday. Angela Moss struck out 15 in her complete game shutout and the Badgers improved to 2-0 in league play.

Moss, Spangler too much for Huskies

Angela Moss allowed just one run and struck out 16 in Berkshire’s 4-1 win at Cardinal on Monday. Alysa Spangler homered to right field in the seventh inning to give the Badgers some insurance against their CVC rivals.
